Wisconsin is now under a single trial court system. Until 1978 when the court system reorganized, the Clerk of Court's office provided administrative services for both the county court and circuit court. The office is headed by the Clerk of Court, a county elected position. The Clerk of Court's office is statutorily mandated to provide record keeping and collect all fees, fines, and forfeitures for the judicial system. The Clerk of Court’s Office is committed to providing professional and timely assistance, ensuring equal access to court services, treating users of the court system with respect and dignity, and enhancing public trust and confidence in the court system. The Clerk of Court's office provides administrative support services for all branches of the Dunn County Circuit Court including record-keeping for all court cases, collecting money on court ordered financial obligations, and managing the court's jury system.
